Grand Seiko Elegance SBGM221 steel and leather watch

This watch represents the highest expression of the Grand Seiko Elegance collection, with its clean, refined and minimalist design. It is one of the most successful designs by Nobuhiro Kosugi, who was the first watch designer in Japan to receive recognition from his government as a Contemporary Master Craftsman.

The movement of this great piece is an automatic evolved from caliber 9S66, with a power reserve of 3 days. It combines the latest in hairspring technology with an escapement developed through MEMS technology, which gives this machine enormous precision and stability during use.

Made with a 39.5mm stainless steel case and box-shaped, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

Inside its case, the hands and indexes are polished like the edge of a razor, with such precision that they manage to catch the light and show great legibility even in very dark conditions.

Its pure ivory dial, with silver hands and indices and its blue GMT hand, exudes elegance.

It also has a brown crocodile leather strap.
